1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to open a trading account.

1.2 Verification: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain and update this information as necessary.

1.3 Identity Verification: We reserve the right to verify your identity through KYC procedures before approving your account for trading or processing withdrawals.

1.4 Restricted Jurisdictions: Our services are not available to residents of the United States, Cuba, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea, Sudan, United Arab Emirates, and India.

2.1 Platform Access: We provide access to the MetaTrader 5 platform for trading various financial instruments including forex, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies.

2.2 Market Execution: Orders are executed at the best available market price. We do not guarantee specific execution prices and slippage may occur.

2.3 Trading Hours: Trading hours vary by instrument. You are responsible for being aware of trading hours for your chosen instruments.

2.4 Leverage: Leverage increases both potential profits and losses. You acknowledge understanding the risks associated with leveraged trading.

3.1 Deposits: All deposits must be made from sources in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. Funds are returned to the original payment source when possible.

3.3 Fees: We do not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges.

3.4 Currency Conversion: If currency conversion is required, the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction will apply.

4.1 Risk Awareness: You acknowledge that trading leveraged products involves substantial risk and you may lose some or all of your invested capital.

4.2 Independent Decisions: All trading decisions are made solely by you. We do not provide investment advice or recommendations.

4.3 Account Monitoring: You are responsible for monitoring your account, maintaining adequate margin, and managing your trading risks.

4.4 Stop-Out: Positions may be automatically closed if your margin level falls below 50% to protect against negative balance.

5.1 Platform Availability: While we strive for 99% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the trading platform.

5.2 Technical Issues: We are not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connection issues, or platform malfunctions beyond our control.

5.3 Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and enabling two-factor authentication.

5.4 Unauthorized Access: You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.

7.1 By Client: You may close your account at any time by withdrawing all funds and submitting a written request to close your account.

7.2 By Company: We reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for regulatory/legal reasons.

7.3 Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no trading activity for 12 months may be classified as dormant and subject to inactivity fees.

8.1 Trading Losses: We are not liable for any trading losses you incur. All trading decisions are made at your own risk.

8.2 Technical Failures: We are not liable for losses caused by platform downtime, connectivity issues, or technical problems beyond our reasonable control.

8.3 Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for failures or issues with third-party payment processors, banks, or service providers.

8.4 Maximum Liability: In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount of trading fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
